To ensure a smooth resolution process, we kindly request a clear unboxing video of the package at the time of opening. This helps us verify the issue and process any approved claims efficiently. Without an unboxing video, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate return requests.

Our team will review your request and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

The item is returned in its original packaging (if requested by us).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
